I Love Chocolate!
True story! The other day I was having a bad day and I am not suppose to eat sweets(diabetic), but the day was not going good and I haven’t touch any sweets in weeks and needed some good in my day. So [tds-icon name=fa-lightbulb-o], chocolate came on. Yep! Dark chocolate was the answer, and guess what? It help, the day improved for me and I ended up having a great day. Thank you my friend for always being there when I need you 🙂
The history of chocolate begins in Mesoamerica. Chocolate, the fermented, roasted, and ground beans of the Theobroma cacao, can be traced to the Mokaya and other pre-Olmec people, with evidence of chocolate beverages dating back to 1900 BC.[1]
